We use the latest technologies like Infogist Platinum Recruiter, Talent Hook etc combined with the best Job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder. We have multiple service levels namely :

RESOURCE ONLY
We provide the client one of our employees ( a trained, experienced recruiter ) who would work as an extension to the clients recruiting team. You would provide Portal access ( Dice, Monster etc) at your cost. The employee would work exclusively for you 8 hours a day ,5 days a week.We provide all the technology and tools needed for the successful execution of a sourcer’s job including quality control & supervision.

RESOURCE PLUS PORTALS:
We provide the client one of our employees ( a trained, experienced Recruiter ) who would work as an extension to the clients recruiting team. We also provide Portal access ( Dice, Monster etc) at our cost. One job board at a time will be made available to the sourcer during the course of the work day.The employee would work exclusively for you 8 hours a day ,5 days a week. We provide all the technology and tools needed for the successful execution of a sourcer’s job including quality control & supervision.

BANDWIDTH ON DEMAND
We work on requisitions as needed by the client 3-4 Requisitions per day with a assurance to provide 3-4 matching resume’s per day. Portal access would be at our cost a fixed monthly fee is payable for the service. The employee or job board will not be exclusive to the client and may work multiple clients as needed. We assure the requisitions to be worked on each day without fail.
