| Job Description : |
| To work with our Customer Accounts Manager on Job orders / requisitions. Be responsible for all aspects of IT candidate sourcing / Recruiting, understanding and creating job descriptions as per hiring criteria and HR / Technical screening of resumes as per client's specifications. |
| Qualification |

1) Minimum of 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience
2) Knowledge and experience in all resume sourcing techniques including job boards, advt response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting and cold calling.
3) Experience in screening, interviewing, negotiating & closing candidates.
4) Excellent written & spoken English communication, business sense and organizational skills.
5) Candidate must be capable of communicating effectively, making decisions under pressure and recognizing the need for urgency, Strong time mangaement. |
